With so much going on I thought a little social interaction might be nice! Join me in the conversation on what’s causing the recent rate changes, how does this affect you, how long will this last, what’s next, & how will the industry work through it logistically (appraisals, attorneys’ offices, recording, etc). But most importantly what do the conversations with your buyers need to look like?
