Join us on the 9th of April where two health and nutrition experts join forces in partnership with Farmy.ch to provide you with a fuss-free workshop all about building the foundations of happy, healthy and well-nourished families!
Sandra Mikhail, Zurich's accredited clinical dietitian, will walk you through the following topics in a 45 minute talk:
Nutrition tips for the family (including a quick introduction to nutrition basics)
Addressing weight concerns in children
Positive approaches to fussy eating
Danna Hoffmann, founder of Miso Cute and Organilicious, and Switzerland's leading healthy-lifestyle specialist, will then talk about the oh-so-popular nutrient Sugar followed by a food demonstration of two delicious and easy snack recipes, which you can easily recreate at home.

Who are the speakers?
Sandra Mikhail is an accredited practising dietitian, a nutrition blogger as well as the founder of Nutrition A-Z and co-founder of The Wellbeing Hub. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Monash University, Australia), a Master of Advanced Studies in Nutrition and Health (ETHZ) and is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. Being a globe-trotting dietitian, she has extensive experience in clinical practice, nutrition consulting and health promotion, working in Australia, the UAE and Switzerland. Her main areas of speciality include digestive disease, weight management, eating disorders as well as food intolerances and allergies.
Danna Levy Hoffman is Switzerland's leading healthy lifestyle specialist. Danna has been changing people’s lives for nearly a decade.
