Balcones Distilling is partnering with Happy Harvest and The Home Grown Farm to host a Spring Dinner at the Distillery. With Happy Harvest's locally grown and seasonally prepared produce paired with Balcones' tasty cocktails and whisky – it is going to be a dinner you don’t want to miss!

first course - blue corn kohlrabi taco. maple chili braised beans. crispy root vegetables. pickled onion. chimichurri. drink pairing - "without a doubt" cocktail featuring rumble
second course - pork belly pops. charred peaches. whisky butterscotch sauce. compressed summer squash. drink pairing - dram of baby blue
