Learn to Be Sustainably Happy : FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

Come find out how in a fun-filled, interactive and informative session.

Within us lies vast, untapped possibilities waiting to be discovered. Through the Happiness Program this potential is set free and we gain a greater vision of who we are. On this Free Introductory Session, you’ll get a taste of yogic breathing exercises and their benefits, taught during the Happiness Program.

Introductory sessions include a mix of:

  • Guided relaxation through the breath

  • Insights into the nature of mind

  • Guided meditation

  • Question & answer session

It has been estimated that up to 90% of doctor visits are stress related and one reason is that chronic stress affects our immune system. Hundreds of scientific studies at research institutes throughout the world have documented that meditation significantly reduces stress, depression and anxiety.
