Come instantly recharge yourself with some breathing techniques and a guided meditation!

Learn more about the causes for stress and anxiety, nature of mind and how breath can be a powerful tool to releasing stress and open the Door to Happiness!

Like rhythms in nature, there are rhythms in our body. As we grow, we fall out of these rhythms due to stress, and as a result, move away from being our natural selves. Also, know more about breathing based meditation- Sudarshan Kriya Yoga, a technique taught in Happiness Program, that help restore our natural rhythms, de-stress as well as energize our body.

This one and half hour hour session includes-

- Understanding of the nature of the mind

- learn a breathing technique
