Have some fun and celebrate all the amazing connections that we’ve been making

About this event

Hangs with the Gang: Summer Edition

In addition to our regularly occurring events we will also host a quarterly hang out with the gang, just to have some fun and celebrate all the amazing connections that we’ve been making through this beautiful community.

For the Summer event we will meet outside once again on Tempelhof for a picnic in the evening sun.

Want to contribute something? Create a playlist? Offer a tarot reading? Kick off a dance party? Get in touch and let’s create together!

If you can’t make this one the next hangs will be on the 29th September and we will meet again indoors at Lonely Hearts Cafe.

Looking forward to seeing some of you there.

Hugs,

Amy x

This event is open to members and those who are interested in joining our community, and is hosted by grrl gang founder Amy along with the help of volunteers.

Please bring along your own drinks and snacks. This is a private event and only open to those people with a ticket. When you arrive to the feld please check in with Amy and show your ticket. Both digital and printed tickets are fine. Until the corona incidence rate drops below 100 again, all grrl gang hosted events will be 3G so please have your proof ready :)

Grrl Gang Events

Our events are FLINTA* only. Please take a moment to review our community guidelines before attending a grrl gang event. We will always do our best to make our spaces accessible but if you feel there’s something that we can do to improve this we are open to hear about it! Send an email with your feedback to grrlgangberlin[at]gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Tickets are free but be sure to read our guidelines before signing up. We operate a strict “No-Shows Policy” to keep our community events active and fair.

In the past we have had some issues with no shows to events and therefore we have some new rules to avoid this from happening. In order to keep our community active and engaged, we ask you to inform us if you signed up for an event that you can no longer attend. Oftentimes, members do not show up to an event, and this takes away a space from someone else who wanted to be there. When tickets are regularly taken by those people who don’t inform us, this can have a major impact on our community events - and our ability to keep them running.

Informing us that you can no longer make it is really easy. When you’ve got your Eventbrite ticket, you can cancel it at any time to release it back for other’s to pick it up. You can also follow the link in your confirmation email. You can do this even on the day of the event as well. We will always have a waiting list, and can release your ticket to others who want to join. We do this with the hope that in the future all of our events will be fully attended, and there are simply no more no shows!

Thanks for helping us to make our events really fun and active for everyone involved, as well as the organisers ✨
