Get up and stay up, or fall with a smile! This workshop is for anyone who wants to develop a handstand practice. We will focus on full body activation and alignment that improve balance and make transitions smoother. You will build confidence and safety whilst also having lots of fun
The class will be led by Master instructor Rachel Young E-RYT 500 who has over 15yrs Yoga experience at Tanderra studio Dempsey.
