Got a minute? That's all you need to learn how to save someone's life with Hands-Only CPR. This free, non-certification training class teaches people how to perform hands-only CPR on a cardiac arrest victim while waiting for first responders to arrive and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Training dates

• Wednesday, April 4, 5:30 p.m.

• Saturday, April 28, 8:30 a.m.

• Wednesday, May 2, 5:30 p.m.

• Saturday, May 19, 8:30 a.m.

• Wednesday, June 6, 5:30 p.m.

• Saturday, June 9, 8:30 a.m.

• Wednesday, July 11, 5:30 p.m.

Open to ages 15+ (an adult or guardian must be present with participants age 15-17). Maximum 15 participants per class. A class will be canceled if there are less than five people registered. Class is one hour.

The training is not a certification course and will not qualify you for a CPR certificate.
