Chef Russell of Creole Table will be presenting a Holiday Soul cooking class that will highlight healthier versions Southern Holiday Classics. This will be a hands on and demo class with lots of treats and surprises. Enjoy great food, great drinks, and great music as you get to know great people while cooking. She'll be teaching how to make: Long Bean Almondine, Old Fashion Candied Sweet Potato, Nuevo Mac N cheese, Roasted Vanilla Pear Salad, Vegan Cornbread Dressing w/ Mushroom Ragout & Cranberry Compote, Winter Veggie Jambalaya, & French Chocolate Silk Tart.
Chef Russell of Creole Table is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute. She has worked extensively throughout the U.S and Canada in some of Americas best restaurants, bars, and juke joints including Emeril's Delmonico of New Orleans, Jaguars of Coconut Grove, and Via Matta of Boston to name a few. She currently resides in Honolulu working as a Private Chef and Bartender while learning all she can about local foods and culinary customs.

In the event of cancellation (3 days before event) everyone who signed up will be notified by email and phone. Walk-ins are welcome, however it's a good idea to call us to make sure event is still on.
