Hands on Cheesemaking Feta three ways, cow, goat and sheep milk.

In class we will make three styles of Feta, cow, goat and sheep. In addition, we will flavor with oregano and black pepper feta. Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card and cheese trail map. Complimentary wine tasting.
