Hands on Creme de Ricotta cheese class and Creme Fraiche Chocolate Grenache. Each guest will make a Cranberry Relish Torta to take home. Class inlcudes recipe card, cheese cloth and cheese ladle. Class includes a complimenary wine tasting.
