Handmade Ravioli Workshop

Come enjoy a night out at Wine & Cheese Co and learn the art of handmade ravioli, You will learn how to prepare, mix, knead, and roll fresh pasta dough using hand techniques and a traditional mattarello (Italian rolling pin).

Guests wishing to participate in hands-on activity will receive personal instruction as they learn to roll and form the dough into their favorite pasta shapes.

Workshop includes a select glass of wine, pasta tasting, recipe card, mattarello rolling pin, and fresh pasta to take home and enjoy.
