Ahhh, we all love glowing reviews, 5-stars and people raving about our business on Social Media! But, what happens when someone Rants against your business or leaves you a 1-star review? While there's no "set in stone" policy on what to do when someone flies off the handle, we can help you defuse the situation or at least give you the tools to take it off line.

Our class will discuss the newest trends in "Product and Service" reviews and give you some tools so you can be on the lookout for a potential problem. We'll also help you develop a Customer Service Survey that you can email to your customers after you take care of them to get their feed back, before it gets out of hand.

This hour and a half class is just long enough to learn the tools and tricks of handling and managing your business reputation, while getting you back to work for the rest of the afternoon. Individual tickets are $30 each, which includes lunch and a handout. Be ready to talk about your own Rants and Raves that your business may have encountered as well.

We are in an "I want service NOW" era and Patrick Palmer and Sara Broers from Home Grown Social Media will be your hosts for this bit of Noontime Knowledge! We hope you sign up -- Space is limited.
