Join us Sunday of Labor Day weekend at Southampton Social Club for an evening of entertainment, cocktails, appetizers, and POKER! Paige Hospitality Group is joining forces with Haute Living for our 3rd annual Hamptons Poker Challenge charity event. Benefitting 'A New Leaf for Diabetes', all proceeds from the event will go to support people who have been diagnosed with Diabetes and raise needed funds for research to help find a cure for this terrible disease. As a "thank you" for supporting this cause, players will receive complimentary hors d'oeurves and cocktails throughout the evening. SSC's beautiful outdoor garden and sounds by DJ Cameron Smalls create the perfect atmosphere to close out summer 2013, all while helping an amazing cause.

There is an estimated 23.6 million people in the United States living, and suffering with Diabetes - a serious and lifelong condition. 'A New Leaf for Diabetes' was created to help change that. Through the vision, inspiration, and efforts of Laura Bee, jewelry designer and mother of a son with Type I Diabetes, the charity was created as a symbol of hope. Using the uplifting design of a single leaf to spread the word about this horrible disease, 'A New Leaf for Diabetes' hopes to bring an end to the suffering of millions living with this chronic condition. Our mission and goal is to build the public awareness of diabetes, educate through sales, and raise and donate necessary funds for research that is needed for a promising cure. 'A New Leaf for Diabetes' is constantly working with the ADA and JDRF to discuss their needs and to find out where we can help the most. Through our symbol, 'A New Leaf for Diabetes' is committed to spreading the message of hope for a cure, one leaf at a time.
