Event description

Description

Since HAM's beginning, advocacy has been the heartbeat of everything we do. As part of the New England Advocacy Bleeding Disorders Coalition initiative, we are excited to host a Maine State Advocacy Day on Tuesday, June 20 for Maine residents living with a bleeding disorder. This event is intended for all ages and the dates were chosen because school is out on summer break, Tuesdays are the best days to meet with legislators, and session closes on June 21st.

This event is an excellent opportunity for you to take an active role to understand the ME legislative process, meet with your elected officials, and learn about the issues impacting those with a bleeding disorder.

COST: This is a free of charge event, breakfast and lunch will be included.
