Description

Don't miss out on Arizona's first-ever Halloweencon, which takes place at the Mesa Convention Center on Saturday, October 12th, 2019. Get an autograph or picture with Butch Patrick (Eddie Munster), Scout Taylor-Compton (Rob Zombie's Halloween & Halloween II), David Naughton (American Werewolf in London), or Jordu Schell (Face Off, the artist who conceptualized the Avatar). Enter the costume contest and win $300. Watch movies/shows starring & introduced by our special guests; experience a Q&A panel led by our guests; participate in the zombie walk; dare to enter one of three haunted houses; escape from the Mesa mobile escape room; see the AZ Ghostbusters; buy unique items from dozens of vendors; and attend the Deejayed Halloween Party. Have fun, get scared, and make memories by attending the inaugural Halloweencon.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Mesa Convention Center has plenty of free parking. The light rail drops stops near Center & Main which is less than 1/2 mile south of the Mesa Convention Center. We will be in Building B--just follow the people wearing costumes.

They will also be given a minimum of $5 in Halloweencon Bucks when they register at the door. They can also purchase additional attraction tickets at a reduced price. Tickets can be redeemed for the various attractions (movies, haunted houses, etc.), which range in price from free to $10. Celebrity guests, vendors, and the food concessionaires should have additional items for sale. Anyone lucky enough to score a free ticket can upgrade to "paid" ticketholder status or simply pay for attractions as they go.

What movies are playing?

We plan on playing the movies/shows starring our special guests to include: the Munsters, Rob Zombie's Halloween, and The American Werewolf in London.

Can I bring food into the Convention Center?

Unfortunately, food and drinks cannot be brought into the convention center per convention rules. Food and drinks may be purchased at the event.

Are the haunted houses scary?

Yes. However, you may tell the guide at the entrance if your party would like a "reduced" scare level. United Zombies of America and Raven's Halloween Rentals have over two decades of combined haunting experience.
