Event description

Halloween Event San Antonio

Spots were filling up fast! To allow more guests to be able to attend, we have opened it up to begin at 1:00pm.

What are we?
We are a photography studio rental business that provides studio space with lighting for those who wish to do studio shoots. Please visit our website for more info:

What is this free event for?
Our studio is moving and we are having a grand opening event with Halloween themes! So bring your little ghouls, goblins, super heroes, princesses and all other characters for this event! Enjoy our halloween and fall theme set ups for everyone to use for taking photos! This event is open to the public and open to all ages. Bring your friends and family and you can use the sets to take photos with your camera or cell phone!

(Photo in the banner image is one of the setups)

The event is divided into 1/2 hour increments for using the photo setups. Time slots for using the photo stations available are as follows: (There will be a group for each time slot)

Due to the increase in filled spots, we have opened up to begin at 1:00pm

There is a limit to the number of attendess to use the photo theme setups for each 1/2 hour. So be sure to sign up and reserve your spot!
Outside photography lighting equipment is not allowed. Only on-camera flash is allowed. First come first serve to each theme setup. We ask that each family spend a few minutes to take their photos and proceed to the next theme in a timely manner to allow others to use the photo setups.

We are moving! And what better way to celebrate than having a Halloween Photo Event? We will have several sets where the public can come in to take photos using their cameras or mobile phones.

Another Set

***Can we wear our costumes?***
We encourage you and your children to wear costumes to take advantage of using our Fall/Halloween sets. However, it is not required to wear a costume. Come visit our facility to see what we have to offer!

***Can I bring flash?***
On camera flash is ok. External, or off camera lights are not allowed at this event. This event is for the general public to allow photographers AND non-photographers the ability to capture some photos with our Fall/Halloween themes.

***Will there be sets appropriate for young children?***
Yes! We will have several dark themes that are geared for the older crowd and we will have sets that are suitable for young children.

***What does the 30 minute ticket cover?***
To allow everyone time to take photos on the sets, we have set appointment times to allow groups of people in the facility at one time. This will prevent a rush of people trying to use the sets all at one time. You must arrive at or prior to your group slot time. Please don't be late. If you're late, you may participate in a later group if it is not full.

***Can I stay longer than my ticketed time slot?***
Yes! Once the 30 minutes has expired for your group time slot, you're welcome to stay longer and mingle with others during our event. Once the 30 minutes has expired, we ask that you move away from the set areas to allow the next group to begin using them.

***Will professional photos be available?***
We will have a photographer taking photos of the event. These photos will be uploaded to social media.

***Will prints be available from the photographer at the event?
To keep the flow moving quickly, photos will be uploaded to social media and they can be shared. Remember, you are encouraged to bring your camera or mobile device to capture photos for FREE.

***Are there any age limits?***
There are no age limits. All ages are allowed.

Notice: We will have photographers and videographers capturing photos and video of our grand opening event to promote the studio. Images may be used online and in print media for promoting the studio.
