Hakomi Group Genius

This workshop will be especially useful for anyone who works with groups and wants to learn how to invoke collaboration and creativity individually and collectively.
This class in an integration of Hakomi and the MatrixWorks approach to working with groups as living systems. The MATRIXWORKS™ model of Connection, Chaos and Consciousness provides the foundational ground for creating Group Genius. In this revolutionary process, you will gain the skills and experience to unleash the Group Genius in your future teams or group. This work has been successfully implemented to both corporate, non-profit, and community groups. This workshop will be particularly useful to therapists, body workers, educators, parents, community organizers, yoga teachers, and graduates of Hakomi Trainings.
Participants will be taught to:
ACCESS: Collective Intelligence in four easy steps.
CRYSTALLIZE: Ways to turn connection, camaraderie and care into radical collaboration.
EXPLORE: What makes or breaks a ‘dream team'.
Based on cutting-edge neuroscience information on Empathy, Enactment and Emergence, the workshop will provide a direct experience of a collection of individuals becoming a team, and the team becoming a Living System that is capable of accomplishment far beyond individual capacity.
Participation in this Practice Field will increase our ability to successfully meet our 21st Century challenges with greater trust, truth and transparency in ourselves and each other. We will learn experientially, with full theoretical and cognitive support. We will embody our learnings and be empowered to express Group Genius Acceleration in our work and world.
Wednesday 6:30 – 9:30pm, Thursday - Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am - 4:30pm
Tuition Cost: $375 if registered by March 15. $425, thereafter.
(Does not include lodging and meals.) Some financial assistance available.

Mukara Meredith, MSW, CHT
Founder of MatrixWorks
Mukara has 30 years experience in teaching, consulting, and working with the healing arts. A practicing Buddhist, she is a certified Hakomi Trainer and Therapist. Mukara integrates universal principles of healing into this new model of Leadership she developed and titles MatrixWorks™.
This model allows us to facilitate the change and transformation inherent in groups. Since 1993 Mukara has been teaching Group Process and Group Dynamics as an adjunct faculty member at Naropa University in Boulder, CO. She also consults with businesses to help teams become more creative and able to function as living systems. Mukara is devoted to the practical application of world wisdom teachings in everyday life. Jaci Hull, L.M.F.T, CHT
Lead Hakomi Trainer in Calgary since 2005, she also leads Hakomi trainings and workshops throughout the U.S.,Canada, and Brazil. Her training includes Family Systems Therapy, EMDR II, Somatic Trauma Resolution, Brainspotting, Group Leadership Training and Relational Life Therapy. She brings her extensive experience, as well as warmth, safety, and humor, to her practice and to her trainings .
