Description

Technology and social innovation are transforming the entire landscape of the world of work: how we get work done, who does it, and much more. This is just the start: as new digital architectures are implemented, the pace of change will only accelerate in years to come.

According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs report, reskilling is the top priority for organizations looking at their future workforce strategy. A new mindset is required to understand the myriad challenges faced by workers, to develop solutions that work for everyone and to strive for wise ways to promote fairness and progressive thinking at work.

We invite you to join us at the inaugural Hacking HR Geneva Chapter meeting for a panel discussion which will help you to find ideas for your own world of work. Each of our four speakers comes from a different viewpoint and will share with us their own unique insights. All four are highly committed to making Industry 4.0 a success both from a business and from a human perspective.
