Event description

Description

Do you want to start your own company? Do you want to network with the greatest entrepreneurs? Do you want to partner with like-minded innovators and build meaningful connections?

This year from November 2nd - 4th, the CMU U.S.-China Innovation and Entrepreneur Association (IEA), Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Association (UEA), and Graduate Entrepreneurship Club (GEC), and Swartz Center of Entrepreneurship are co-hosting the annual Hack-a-Startup at Carnegie Mellon University.

Hack-a-Startup is a platform for innovative and motivated individuals to develop a creative startup idea over the weekend and pitch their projects in front of a panel of professional judges. During the process, competitors can not only learn valuable lessons about entrepreneurship, but also connect with professionals and fellow participants. Moreover, we are providing thousands of dollars in cash prizes to the top winners!
