Join us to explore your relationship with time, understand common time management myths and address your most pervasive challenges.

About this Event

Do you feel like you never have enough time for what is important? Do you feel overcommitted and overwhelmed by everything on your plate? Do you wish you had more time to focus on learning, collaboration, systems change and your long-term goals? In an increasingly complex world, there is pressure on individuals and organizations to work differently to make real progress. But how can we make time for learning and experimenting on top of an already-full schedule?

Our Habits of Time Management series is designed to help you explore your relationship with time, understand common time management myths and address your most pervasive time management challenges. Join a supportive group of peers and take the first step toward taking control of your time, reducing your overwhelm and creating space for what is important!

This spring, the following two Habits of Time Management Sessions will be offered:

March 11 - Scheduling Your Time & Building Better Boundaries

Do you have too much to do in too little time? Are you jumping from meeting to meeting or email to email? Feeling overwhelmed? Learn how to schedule your time to complete your to-do list with ease and to create greater opportunity for creativity and innovation - made possible only by achieving a state of flow. Explore tools and techniques to gain control of schedule and build better boundaries to help you focus on what is most important. Consider the implications of your personal time management on your ability to collaborate with others and take the next step in maximizing your impact in your organization, networks and community.

May 6 - Overcoming Procrastination & Perfectionism

Do you have projects looming over your head until the last minute? Are you always busy but find it difficult to make progress on your largest or most important projects? Do you work better under pressure? Or perhaps you’re spending too much time on the details and are uncomfortable sharing your work until it’s perfect? Explore tools and techniques to help you overcome procrastination and perfectionism and make greater progress on what is most important. Consider the implications of your procrastination and perfectionism on your ability to collaborate with others and take the next step in maximizing your impact in your organization, networks and community.
