Habitat Restoration at McClellan Ranch Nature Preserve
Who: Everyone is welcome - all ages. If you're under 18, you must bring a signed waiver. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adut. Volunteer groups should contact Jeremy Merckling, firstname.lastname@example.org, for their own special program dates/hours.
What: Volunteers help with habitat restoration work such as planting native plants and removing invasive weeds. This is a good opportunity to learn about our local wildlife and ecosystems.
When: 9:00am -11:30am
Where: Meet at McClellan Ranch Park in Cupertino. 22221 McClellan Rd. The parking lot is rather small, so please park in the dirt lot a few yards farther up McClellan Rd. and walk across the bridge over the creek to meet us in the main parking lot.
Bring water and appropriate clothes (sturdy shoes, long pants, hat, etc.). We provide gloves and tools. Minors under 18 must bring a waiver form signed by a parent. You do not need to bring your Eventbrite ticket.
**If you register and later find that you can no longer attend, we request that you please let us know by emailing email@example.com.**

Acterra Stewardship Program
Acterra Stewardship helps restore degraded habitats to promote healthier, more biologically diverse ecosystems, and uses habitat restoration as a vehicle to educate and inspire adults and youth to understand and appreciate the natural world - both its beauty and the important services it provides.
