Come Join us and "work" off some calories to support March of Dimes!
About this Event
Join Beta Omicron Sigma Chapter as we "work" off some calories for a great cause! Led by Tamara, MHA IFTA Group Fitness Instructor, this cardio workout is for ALL levels. We will be led through a series of exercises to raise our heart rate to support March of Dimes. All in attendance will be included in a raffle for a complimentary workout session with Tamara Williams.
