As men, we’re notoriously bad at talking about how we’re feeling, but there’s just something about being at the barbers that makes us open up more. Here at Gymshark, we believe the weight belongs in your hands, not your head, which is why we want to get more men talking about their mental health in an environment they feel comfortable in.

On top of cutting hair all week, we'll be hosting a panel talk in the shop with Lions Barber Collective and special guest Tuwaine. The Lions Barber Collective is an international collection of top barbers who have come together to help raise awareness for the prevention of suicide. As men, we’re notoriously bad at talking about how we’re feeling, but there’s just something about being at the barbers that makes us open up more. Here, we discuss how a barber can save a life.

WHAT: A panel talk with The Lions Barber Collective and special guest Tuwaine.
