Join us for an inspiring discussion with Professor Amrinder Arora, who is teaching the gradaute course Design and Analysis of Algorithms. Professor Arora, also a GW alumni, will share his stories of going from a GW graduate to founding an HR management firm, and how he applied his study in Computer Science to various tech positions.
As an adjunct professor in the Department of Computer Science, Professor Arora is awarded the "Best Part Time Instructor" from the Department of Computer Science. He is also the Co-founder and CEO of BizMerlin, an HR Management Solutions firm. He established the company based on his PhD study in scheduling algorithms, and the sub-optimality he discovered in HR scheduling when working as an IT executive. As the leader of the company, Professor Arora has been awarded "One of the 30 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs" by Insights Success.
