This December, our Fabulous Friday Fireside will be for those who struggle with inflammation and autoimmune issues.

We learn about the gut microbiome, the gut-brain connection, how our immune system works and what causes it to be out of balance.

Dr Jonas Eyford will break down the complexities and send you home with actionable ways to improve your immune function.
