Description

In this hands-on workshop we will:

Explore the basics of lactic acid fermentation,

Discuss microbes, the microbiome, and gut health,

Practice the lacto-fermentation brine method by making pickled vegetables together.

You will go home with your own jar of pickled veggies, plus the skills to do it at home!

Bring your curiousity & questions.

This workshop is part of a monthly series of fermentation workshops.
