It is about standing for yourself and your business to command respect and confidence from your peers and customers. Do your clients (swimmers and parents) know what you're selling? Learn how to market yourself and your coaching philosophy- and communicate effectively with your customers.
Coach Employment Contracts: (led by Cejih Yung) Learn negotiation strategies for your next contract renewal session with your club's leadership. Know your worth!
Club Sponsorship: (led by Cejih Yung). This hands on workshop will give you a renewed vision about selling sponsorships for your team.
Safe Sport: (led by Tanja Avant and Che'vera Jackson) Learn how and WHY to get your swim team "Safe Sport Certified".
Sports Psych: (led by Dr. Megan Cannon)
