You will be able attempt to set United States Model Rocket Performance Records in Duration or Altitude. See: http://www.nar.org/pinkbook/17_Records.html
You must coordintate with the contest director prior to making your record attempt. You must use an electronic altimeter per USMRSC rules to set an altitude record. You are responsible for knowing and fulfilling the requirements for a qualified flight.

Special Note: $25.00 deposit required before flying altitude event if you want to borrow an altimeter. Altimeter must be returned intact and undamaged to get refund of deposit.

All NAR Junior members in A/B levels will receive a certificate of participation
All 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place winners will receive appropriate place ribbons.
Article and photo submission will be sent to Sport Rocketry Magazine for publication in the spring issue if possible.
An ‘away pad’ will be assigned to accommodate HPR sport rocketry on Saturday November 2, 2013
National Record Attempts:
The Contest Director will allow you to attempt to set or break an NAR national model rocket performance DURATION record or ALTIMETER record. You must coordinate with the Contest Director before making your attempt. Read TCC's Compeition Primer for the event (see below). You must supply your own eggs and/or payloads.
