Location: St Paul’s Church Hall, Papanui

Championship Purebred Show
Show off your purebred cavies and compete for extra points and prizes.
Judged by Glenn Macey (Perth, Australia).

Novelty Awards include Judges’ Encouragement Awards, Most Promising Cavy Award (for cavies under 9 months), and Best Presentation Award.

• Novice Purebred Show – Free, under 2 years
• Junior Exhibitor Purebred Show – 17 & under
• Junior Handler Show – learn handling and showing skills
• Marked & Rough Specialty Show – Judged by Barbara Coles, training Josh Wilson-Jones

Pet Shows:
• Novice Pet Show – First-time showing – $7 per guinea pig (Junior & Senior Exhibitor)
• Junior & Senior Member Pet Show – First-time showing – $5 per guinea pig (Roughcoat, Smoothcoat & Longcoat)

Fun Classes (Free for members, $2 for novice):
• Guinea Pig Cowboy Hat Wearing Competition
• Junior Fancy Dress – Theme: Country Christmas
• Senior Fancy Dress – Theme: Country Christmas

Schedule:
• 10:00am – Marked & Rough Specialty Show and Championship Purebred Show begin
• 11:00–11:20am – Novice Pet Entry and Mite/Nail Check
• 11:30am – Pet Show begins
• After Pet Show – Raffle draw
• 10:00am–2:00pm – Café, adoption, and sale table open
