Description
Chef Sterling Ridings and his culinary team will take over Foreign & Domestic's open kitchen and intimate counter for a special pop-up dinner on Monday, December 18, providing guests a taste of what’s to come at the eagerly-anticipated Guild restaurant opening January 2018.
The five-course meal created by Guild’s Head Chef, Sterling Ridings, will consist of dishes such as Fluke with ginger & jalapeño emulsion, braised fennel and winter melon along with an Octopus with Seaweed Tapenade, Hearts of Palm & Breakfast Radish and Lavender Chicken with Dauphine Potatoes, Whipped Schmaltz and Oxalis.
The seasonally inspired, seafood-driven menu of Guild restaurant draws from broad and diverse influences that guests will be able to enjoy in a comfortable yet contemporary atmosphere upon opening on North Lamar early next year.
