Living with cancer, being a caregiver, or experiencing grief can be exhausting and stressful. Take time for yourself this evening as we come together for relaxation, friendship and support. You will learn mind-body techniques, such as guided visualization, mindfulness, and meditation, to help us learn how to gain control over anxiety, reduce stress and relax. This class continues on the first Monday of every month at the Clubhouse near The Plaza.
