Marta is inviting you for an online session of guided mindfulness meditation.
Every session, we explore a different style of mindfulness meditation.
The practice is suitable for beginners and those who already have their meditation practice.
Please, secure a space where for the time of the meditation you won't be disturbed.
Have your meditation cushion ready. If you don't have one, a folded blanket or a chair will do. If your household is not the quietest place in the universe, and you think, you may be disturbed, a pair of earphones may help.
