Event description


Meditation has plenty of benefits, be it just letting go of stress, relaxing deeply in a short time, gaining more control over life and situation or becoming more mindful of choices we make.

A single session wouldn't make you a zen master but surely would take you in that direction :) Let's get together and have some fun meditating together and sharing our experiences.

Homework from prior sessions is to sit still with straight back for at least 10-15 minutes, a few times this week, let your mind wander where it will, just make sure that your body stays still.

[After Session]
Since its best to meditate on not so full stomach, we go for dinner after the session, you're very welcome to join. We pick a restaurant nearby and just walk/drive there. Last few times, it has been a great social experience.
