Join us for a guided meditation with Cassidy from Just Be Meditation!

Studies show that the key to happiness is not in what we do but rather how we do it - the more present we can be to the unfolding moments of our lives, the happier we are. Mindfulness is more than a buzzword - it's a way of living. So how do we practise it? While meditation is key, it's not the only way.

In this sensory exploration of the present moment, we'll experiment with the way our senses remind us to experience life where it is actually happening. We''ll debunk the myth of our ability to "multi-task" by diving into the moment, whether that's through a food tasting, sound therapy, self-massage, or essential oil therapy. Join us to also walk away with tips on how to incorporate mindfulness into everyday life.

Space is limited so spots will only be available on a first come first serve basis.

What you need: Bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a small blanket or sweater to stay warm. If you don't have a yoga mat, we will have a limited number of yoga mats available to borrow for the class. Those are available on a first come first served basis.

About Cassidy:

Cassidy is a Toronto-based meditation teacher, Reiki Level 1 practitioner, certified in both the Foundations of Mindfulness Meditation and with an Applied Specialization in Mindfulness Meditation through the University of Toronto. She deepened her understanding of meditation through travels to India, Bali, Thailand and other areas with roots in the practise. She'll often remind you to "allow yourself to be here, now".
