What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, and any cozy layers (like a sweater or socks). Eye masks are optional but lovely for deeper relaxation.

Yes! This is a free community offering, hosted by Superbloom With Pri. Space is limited, so please only reserve a ticket if you plan to attend.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 5:50 PM. We’ll begin promptly at 6:00 PM—late arrivals may be asked to wait until the meditation ends before entering to avoid disrupting the group.
