During this interactive session, you'll be guided through opportunities to connect, refuel, and receive support from other helping professionals in a shared space. During the session we'll engage in active self-care and also explore nervous system techniques and ideas that you can use to take care of yourself, find grounding, refuel, prevent burnout, and more!
