In this small-group session, you’ll be guided through a 30-minute breathwork journey designed to help you release stress, quiet your mind, and return to balance — followed by space to ground, integrate, and connect with others.
This session includes guided breathing techniques, calming music, and gentle reflection to help you:
- Regulate your nervous system and release built-up tension
- Reconnect to your body and inner awareness
- Gain clarity and emotional calm
- Leave feeling lighter, centred, and more connected
