Please join us on Tuesday April 9th for Coast Mental Health Culinary Program, Guest Chef fundraiser with Chef David Mueller of Bauhaus Restaurant hosted by Social Crust Cafe.
Your ticket comes with a 4 course meal and 2 drinks. The meal will be prepared by Chef Mueller and his team along with students from the Coast Mental Health Culinary Program. There will be two seatings to choose from 5pm- 6:30pm or 7pm - 8:30pm.
Chef Mueller is a prime example of homegrown talent. Born in British Columbia, David has honed his skills in Vancouver working in some of the top restaurants over the last decade. Before joining Bauhaus,he worked with some culinary legends: at the Eldorado Hotel alongside Food Network Chef Michael Lyons and former Five Diamond Eden Chef Justin Best, Chef Marc Lepine of Atelier, and with Chef Lee Parsons of the Diamond Award-winning Wedgewood Hotel.
Chef Mueller's unique style combines local, high-quality ingredients and masterful technique to achieve sublime flavours, aromas, and a visual appeal that will leave you wanting more.
This evening is all about raising money and awareness for this necessary and unique program that provides young people who struggle with mental health, opportunities to train and gain employment in Vancouver’s world class culinary industry.
Whether you’re a foodie or philanthropist, this night is not to be missed. All ticket sales go directly to support the Culinary Program as the entire evening is staffed by volunteers and is being hosted by the Social Crust Café, a Coast Mental Health social enterprise initiative. Learn more here.
