GSSGC 2017 Glow Party Report

The 2017 Glow Party Report must be completed by the deadline of 11:59 pm February 18, 2017. No late additions will be accepted.

This Qualification Report for Troop Cookie Coordinators Only! The actual event will be Sunday 3/12/2017. Location & available times will included in the separate event registration that will open on 2/20/2017. The link to that registration will be sent to emails provided for the qualified girls in your report.

The Troop Product Coordinator should be the person to complete this form.

Have your girl information forms available, as you will need the parent/guardian email address for each girl. Each reported girl's family with receive an email confirmation for their Glow Party qualification as reported by you in this form. Be sure to spell the girl's names correctly!

Girls who individually sell 400+ boxes of cookies (Booth Sales do not count towards this reward) between January 29th (first day of sale) and February 17th, will earn an invite to the Glow Party

COORDINATOR NOTE: your sweep will be for all additional Glow Party Monies.

This means if you report 10 Glow Party girls, your troop account will be swept for $10,000. (we assume that girls earning Glow Party most likely earned Walkabout as well, so the sweep is based on the additional 200 boxes sold since the Walkabout period and Sweep). If any of the girl's qualifying boxes are from COCO Direct, you must indicate that in the field provided to avoid being swept for monies you do not have.

If you, the Coordinator, have not completed this online form, your girls have not EARNED the Glow Party reward, and this will not be corrected later in the sale.
