DESCRIPTION

Deadlines… deployments… meeting client expectations… working within a limited budget… no sweat, right? Even in the best situations, building solutions can be a stressful process. And this stress can manifest itself in numerous ways - both behaviorally as well as physically.

This month at GRWebDev powered by LaFleur, we are again focusing on health as we move into 2023. Join us at Little Space Studio on Monday, January 23rd as we explore three types of work-related stress and how we can better manage them. During this presentation, we will especially focus on the physical manifestations of stress; attendees are invited to come dressed in comfortable attire for optional stretching exercises. Yoga mats, tennis/lacrosse balls, and foam rollers are also welcome but not required.

Courtney Klawieter is a licensed chiropractor and web developer. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and graduated in 2020. She currently is a web development intern at Bizstream.
