Event description

Description

CEOs have to keep raising their game to grow the company; they need to have their thinking and strategy challenged, and yet, they have to make decisions on matters they have never before tackled. The learning curve is intense.

Once you’ve earned the title of CEO for an existing firm, or have launched your own business, having an executive coach is no longer enough. While coaches can fill in the gaps in skills, once you become a CEO, it’s likely a mentor who has had an equivalent role is necessary.

The outcomes based on a 2015 Harvard Business Review survey show mentored CEOs improve company performance, make better decisions, met stakeholder expectations and become proficient faster.

How do mentees find a mentor, and vice versa. What are the rules of engagement, and how do you match styles? Join us for our Enlightened Speaker Series on CEO to CEO mentoring as we look at ways to build better Texas CEOs.
