Growing Mindfully is a 6-week mindfulness course designed to help reduce stress, build strength, increase self-awareness, improve sleep, improve focus and help attendees find a more fulfilling and mindful way of thinking, living and being. Growing Mindfully has been designed to offer clear guidance for practicing mindfulness and integrating it into our lives to develop a solid understanding of mindfulness and experience the multiple benefits it offers.
Growing Mindfully Includes:
- Six Biweekly Sessions
- Reflection exercises, weekly & daily homework, and self-study resources.
- Email support during the course.
What you will learn while Growing Mindfully:
- An introduction to mindfulness: the theories, tools, and practices.
- How to bring mindfulness into our everyday life.
- Tools and practices to nourish our self-understanding and understanding of others.
- Tools to take care of our strong emotions.
- The workings of the mind and how to actively nourish our peace, joy and love.
- How to cultivate happiness and self-compassion.
