Join us at Greenery Unlimited for an evening celebrating the power of plants for the launch of Growing Joy: The Plant Lover’s Guide to Cultivating Happiness (and Plants) by Maria Failla- Bloom & Grow Radio Podcast Host and self proclaimed “plant killer turned happy plant lady”.
Growing Joy is a self care book about plant care: sharing how we can use plants to disconnect from screens and busy schedules and reconnect with nature, ourselves and others. Filled with 60+ practices you can immediately implement to lead a more mindful, connected life. Maria likes to say the book is “part self care, part plant care, part memoir… and mostly plant puns”.
As the book celebrates the power of the plant community (there’s a whole chapter dedicated to it!), we’ll be hosting a plant swap with cocktails by JuneShine followed by a book signing.
Get ready to swap your plants, make new plant friends, meet Maria and celebrate the launch of Growing Joy!

What you need to know for the plant swap:
- Plant swap will start at 7 and conclude around 8, so arrive on time!
- Bring a pest free, rooted cutting of a plant you love! Bring as may cuttings as you like, the more cuttings you bring, the more new plants you'll get to bring home!
