About this event
Join us for a singing bowl meditation and relaxation session to recharge and unwind your body, mind and soul. The sounds and frequency from the singing bowls have been shown to help cultivate healing brain wave states to boost creativity and clarity, decrease stress and anxiety, improve blood circulation, induce deep relaxation and promote a sense of stillness and peace.
Venue: Singing Bowl Zentral (Rm. 703, 66 Stanley Street. Central, HK)
Date: Tuesday Evenings (22 & 29 Nov, 6 & 13 Dec)
Time: 6.30 pm - 7.30 pm (please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in)
Attire: loose-fitted and comfortable clothing preferably made from natural materials such as cotton, wool etc.
Come with an open mind and experience mindfulness through singing bowls.
Terms and Conditions:
- If participants have any medical conditions, they must let the organiser know. The organiser will decide whether it is suitable for the participants to join the session.
-The participant will discontinue the activity upon pain or discomfort and seek support.
-The participant enters the event at his/her own risk and responsibility.
-By agreeing to join the event, the participant is deemed to have read and understood the above terms. The participant agrees to release and waive any claims and/or liability incurred during or as a consequence of the event against the organiser.
About Me:
Hello! I am Charmaine, a Wellness and Mindfullness Coach and a Singing Bowl and Sound Therapist. I am a firm believer that everyone has the innate ability to heal their body and be their best selves. This is achieved by maintaining a healthy balance between the mind and body. In my own health and wellness journey, I have learned to value slowing down to speed up and to nourish myself emotionally and physically through awareness, boundaries and living more consciously.
