Please note: in addition to these online tickets, at least 300 tickets will be available at the door each evening one hour before the first tours begin. So, even if we are “sold out” on this web site, more tickets are available for walk-ins on a first-come basis until all that evening's tickets are gone.
YOU MUST CHECK IN AT THE EVENT AUDITORIUM 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR OR YOUR TICKETS WILL BE FORFEITED.
Someone else may be given your place and you may be placed on standby with no assurance of being able to take the tour.
Please reserve only the number of tickets you can use. Due to the popularity of Follow the Star we often have to turn people away. Tickets you reserve but do not use may keep someone else from enjoying Follow the Star. If you find you will not use tickets you have reserved, please release them at www.FollowtheStar.us up to 24 hours before the ticket time. Click on "Ticket Return." Please list your name and the serial numbers listed on the tickets you are releasing.
Also Please Note: Any individual or group that reserves a combination of more than 12 tickets must confirm that you will actually be using every reserved ticket at least 24 hours and not more than 3 days from the time of your tickets. To confirm, click on “Group Confirm” on the main menu at www.followthestar.us and fill in and send in the form that comes up. Failure to make this confirmation may cancel all your reservations.
In case of severe weather, entire or part of the evening’s event could be cancelled. Check Follow the Star Facebook page for latest information. https://www.facebook.com/followthestarsda. If an evening is cancelled, circumstances prohibit us from guaranteeing reservations for another evening.
