FAQs

What is the timeline for the day?

Registration begins at 11:00 am. Registration closes at 12:30 pm. Entry to stomping grounds will begin at 12:30 pm, and the stomp will follow as close to 1:00 pm as possible.

Are there minimum age requirements or restrictions to enter the event?

This event is for Students in grade 6th and higher (age 11 & up) and Adults. Stompers should be without physical limitations that would prohibit them from stepping into a 2.5' high container with step stool assistance. You will be stomping grapes in a 4'x4' picking tote for a minimum of 3.5 minutes. Also, there is a chance there will be bees, so we suggest anyone with bee allergies use proper precautions and protocols to keep themselves safe.

Why are kids under age 11 and less than 6th grade not able to stomp?

Guinness rules require participants must stomp continuously for a minimum of 3 minutes. Children 10 and under are welcome to watch along the fenceline as there will be ample viewing room, but no adult supervision. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Non-stompers will not be allowed in the stomping area due to safety concerns and possible disqualification. With adult supervision, children who want to try stomping are invited to check out the special stomping tote and take a photo before the official attempt.

What are my parking options at the event?

The event is located at Oregon Mutual Insurance between 4th and 5th off 99W. Parking can be found at the parking structure between 5th and 6th off Evans Street and streets surrounding the event.

What should I bring to the event?

We will be stomping rain or shine, so bring weather appropriate gear. You might want to bring clean rain boots to wear while stomping (wearing leather, fabric, or open-toed shoes while stomping is prohibited). Or stomp barefoot and bring a towel to wipe off and a bag to hold your shoes. Limited edition commemorative towels and drawstring cinch sacks are available for purchase. Order in advance when you register.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What's the refund policy?

No refunds will be given as this is a non-profit event and proceeds go to a safe and sober grad night.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Your printed ticket or QR code from Event Brite is required to participate.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, the name on the ticket does not need to match the person who attends. You may give your non-refundable ticket to anyone you wish. Although, your shirt is pre-ordered in the size that you specify.
