Will you take photos/videos?

Part of the reasons why we create this event is to make the latin community visible. So we will take photos and videos that will be published on impact reports and public media channels. We may also livestream the event. If you are uncomfortable with this, just let us know.

This event is free to attend thanks to the support of Southwark Council and all the organisations that contributed with their talent and time to make it happen. Please consider donating to support our mission. In the unlikely event that attendance exceeds capacity you may be asked to wait to enter.

Will you have security at the venue ?

Yes, Magdalen Hall will hire security who will require IDs or take a photo if you don't have an ID. This information will never be used for marketing purposes or any other purpose other than to resolve an incident if it occurs.
