What kind of music do you play in TrapAerobics?
We play lots of Southern trap music like Future and Rae Srummerd for the work out section of the class, R&B for stretching.
How is the class structured?
TrapAerobics is a 45-minute, high-energy dance-based aerobics class, complete with gender neutral movements, dancing, hi-low aerobics ( no steps), a warm up and cool down. Taught by certified fitness professsionals, each class burns 400+ plus calories depending on your fitness level and is carefully crafted to engage all major muscle groups in a safe way.
What should I wear to TrapAerobics?
Please wear comfortable clothing or whatever makes you feel confident. Snearkers are mandatory for safety reasons.
