There are few things that we like more in the summertime than something delicious on the grill and a glass of rosé. For this class we will be moving outside and around the charcoal grill as Chef Conor Dennehy demonstrates some of his favorite recipes for the grill. Chef Conor will teach you the proper technique to test the doneness of various meat, the best cuts of meat to use, his favorite recipes for the all-important garnishes and marinades and much, much more! It would be very rude of us to ask you to gather 'round a grill without a drink in hand, so our wine expert Megan will be sure to keep your glasses full while giving you a sampling of some of our favorite seasonal rosé. This is sure to be an epic summer evening filled with delicious food, wine, and some culinary education to boot!
